Ok, now its the time to consider leader traits:

FIN: +1c on tiles with 3c or more
I like this change much more that the one in Krill's mod (sorry Krill). Its not overpowered, like the original one, but still allows to spacialize your cities. You can build all infra in a few commerce cities to eventually get an extra coin on all tiles, while the rest can take care of the units.

EXP: Double speed granaries, +2 health (no harbor or worker bonuses)
Granary is the most powerfull buildings in the game, so nerfed EXP is still OK, but I definately want to try something new.

CRE: only +1 culture in all cities (still +100% production of library, theater and colosseum)
I used to value CRE very much. In a game like PB18 with 30-some players I think I would strongly consider this one. With 11 players on board there is a good chance for religion or for a Hadge.

SPI: unchanged
Its always fun.

ORG: unchanged
Strong one.

IND: unchanged
Theoretically, its unchanged, but in fact it is boosted in this mod. Reduced bonusses from all resources and cheaper MC make IND an interesting choice.

PHI: +150% gpp, double speed universities
Boosted, but still I'd rather pick something else.

IMP: +100% GG points, +50% settler production, and double speed markets and banks
Its a really good trait right now, but I would rather try new AGR or PRO.

CHA: +3 happy in all cities, -25% XP requirements (no happiness from monuments or broadcast towers)
This trait can be great on a poor map, but Torusland is a fertile one and I think I'll find something to entertain my people. If not, I'll have to whip some more infra.

AGG: Removed, replaced with AGRICULTURAL (AGR): +1f on tiles with 4f or more
Its reaaaaly strong. In the beginning you always concentrate on food tiles and having all of them more efficient is simply great.

PRO: Removed, replaced with PRODUCTIVE (PRO): +1h on tiles with 4h or more, +50% worker production, +50% workboat production
Yup, last but not the least. Honestly, I think this trait is overpowered right now. Strong start with cheap workers, strong middle and late game with boosted workshops. I guess worker bonus should be 25% or max 35%.

I guess the answer is NO, but asking doesn't cost a lot.
Krill, is it possible to receive a screen with the whole BFC visible (e.g. with a scout SE of settler).

Edit: Sorry, I just thought other players could have units positioned the way to see the full BFC, but that was really stupid to ask.

Er no. I'm surprised you are even asking that. Everyone gets the same information. Vision from scout and settler only.

I think there will be some really interesting choices with this mod. Right now I consider 2 completly different options:

1. Qin of something not yet defined. Pro is so strong with this start - 8 turn worker on normal speed. Crazy. There is also nice synergy between those traits. Heavy hammer strategy, cheap forges and wonders. With this sneaky land there will be lots of coastal cities, so Maoi, nerfed GL, nerfed Colossus would still be nice. If I pair Quin with some myst starting civ, I could complete Stone while growing capital to size 4.

2. Boudica of Mongolia - thats the fun choice. There is also nice synergy here. High food with high happy cap. That would allow to whip even expensive infra like forges and courthouses. The real target would probably not be the Keshics, but 3 promo knights.

Any comments, lurkers? Which option you like better?

So here we are, Ragnar of Mongolia. I really regret Boudica was taken, but oh well, you cant have everything you want. I still think Qin is a great choice, especially because no other Ind leader so far, but I dont want to be tempted for excessive wanderspamming. Also myst was hard to fit in the schedule with those food tiles I have.

I dont have any special plans for Mongolia and Keshics. Its just because of the techs and its always good to have some more experience on your units. I also count that my neigbours will not expand very aggresively in my direction knowing that I'm probably on HBR beline.

That's what I see after T0:

Only food resources for now, I really hope I find some happy.
On a positive side - quite a few rivers around.
