Concept: Can the Egyptian civilization survive without the bounty of the Nile? Scoring: 5
pts. for each pre-industrial great wonder built by the player. 10 pts. for
each rival civ eliminated from the game. (Doesn't matter who wipes them out!)
25 pts. for any victory. 30
pts bonus if none of your cities are ever sacked by barbarians or captured/razed
by AIs. 15
pt. bonus for fastest victory 10 pt. bonus for second fastest 5 pt. bonus
for third fastest 5
pt. bonus for best culture (compared to other Epics players) in 1000AD 5 pt.
bonus for most tiles controlled (compared to Epics players) in 1000AD 15 pt.
bonus for Honorable gameplay. (Applies to victors and vanquished alike. See the
Epics rules for details on "Honorable" gameplay.) If
you win and you finish up to 50 turns later than the fastest victor, no penalty.
1 pt. PENALTY for EACH turn over 50 turns that you finish behind the fastest victor. If
you lose, your date of defeat will determine if you suffer scoring penalty. Whoever
survives the longest while being vanquished will set the benchmark. Any who survive
to within 50 turns of the longest-lasting defeated player will suffer no penalty.
1 pt. PENALTY for EACH turn short of coming within 50 turns of the longest surviving
loser. Negative
scores may be possible! Some vanquished may even outscore some victors. Commentary:
This one is not for the timid. Expect to face adversity.
