Love it!
There is a lot more lore in Borderlands 2, so the game offers quite a bit more opportunity to poke in all the dusty corners. And along with the increase in story content comes the following realisation: Borderlands was demented. Borderlands 2 redefines the word "demented". And frankly it's just various shades of awesome.
The game still isn't 100% caffeinated on its mouse interface though. I've seen a couple of intermittent scroll wheel bugs with the vending machines that leave me reaching for the keyboard to navigate, and weapon switching is about as intuitive as wearing socks on your head. C'mon Gearbox. We love meeses to pieces here - weapon switching is about
dragging and dropping, not getting frustrated before puzzling out how someone would manage an inventory with only a keyboard interface.
PS. DLC unlock problem resolved.
I could have really used those guns at the start because that into was surprisingly hard work the first time, but I'm happy that I now have access to the content I signed up for.
