$600 is a fine pricepoint, though it's a little challenging if you need both an OS and want to get a SSD (and you do want to get an SSD).

Eh, you can live without an SSD at that price point. Probably better to get the best possible graphics card, and then save up to get the SSD later. But it would always be my first upgrade (and you have to buy an HDD anyway).

Do you have a SATA DVD or Blu Ray drive, Voldy?

Those prices are quite high compared to American ones. I can get the HDD for under $60, an R9 270X (not a 270) for under $200, and a 750 Ti (not a 750) for under $140.

We can't give you advice on what parts are good for their cost if the costs vary for different parts.
