OOS can be random. Or if something was different this turn compared to prior turns.

So we didn't get much of a consensus on turn timer. We had a couple yes's and a bunch of people who didn't comment. If there's no objections, I'll send sunrise a message soon asking for him to drop it from 22 to 20 hours.

When I'd asked for it to go to 22, it was because at the time the turns weren't taking a full 24h. But now 20 should be sufficient.
