It is actually supposed to be running as far as I know, but I'm fine with it being paused as this is a horrible weekend for me to try to play since we're having my son's birthday party tonite.

Rome, Babylon, and India are the only teams that have not at least logged in yet, though how many aren't done (besides me) I couldn't say.

If there is any doubt, I'd say pause it, because AFAIK Carthage can't play again for about a week unless something got resolved that wasn't posted.
