The other party might also have changed e.g. their build queues and research in response to our movement, which also isn't allowed in this situation, as far as I've been told in our thread. We'll also need to settle that issue.
If both issues can be resolved -- or turn out not to have been issues at all -- we'll be fine without a reload. I've sent our message.
