HAK builds the Oracle. Someone must have forgotten to tell him that it's not Quick speed. Donovan whipped something but I'm not paying enough attention to know whether that's a 1 or 2 whip. He pastured his pig but has not mined the copper yet, which is a good sign I guess.

Borsche finally stopped spending EP on us so that's good too.

I wonder what he took with the Oracle. I guess Metal Casting should have been possible and seems still the most likely tech to take. Math if you've gone for Writing and ignored a few techs we have. Though given our placement of Marble I doubt he settled it either so that must have been expensive, even as IND (no clue if he is, I assume it though).

Also, Khmer has their gems already mined. Seems they had them in a better place than we have our gold.

Nah, no IND, I checked for that. He's Alexander so AGG/PHI. Marble is closer to some other people (instead of stone), so it's possible that he settled on it and then finished the chops. I'd have to assume he took MC with it after he saw the starting metal luxuries or something? He probably founded one of the religions too.

Yeah. You've done a tremendous job Noble, I can't really claim anything for me about this game so far. Well, except for moving the bits and pieces around

I hope you left me some directions for the next turn though. What is our next tech? Writing I guess?

Yeah Writing next. Thanks. Southern worker roads, northern worker finishes pasture. We're still following this plan:

1) Build settler next in the capital.
2) New worker finishes the road 2NW.
3) Both workers start the horse pasture. ONE WORKER CANCELS IMMEDIATELY.
4) One worker continues the pasture while the other worker goes S-SE-SW to road the forest.
5) North worker does NOT road the horse, and instead goes S-NW-NW to build a mine on the grass hill. The horse needs to be roaded very late if we want to maximize yields in Pagle. This is a bit risky but I think it's worth it, and we'll have Archery anyway.
6) Other worker roads SW of the forest after roading the forest.
7) New settler goes NW-4SW to plant the city. The accompanying worker goes W-SW after roading to land on the tile north of the city site, next to the corn. It farms the corn on the turn that the city is founded.
