There's a large bonus for killing a Hero, IIRC. I think that's 100 of the 120XP.

From my FFH-9 battle results vs Mist:

Maybe it's a 5x multiplier if the enemy was a world unit, or had the hero promotion?

I was under the impression from FFH2PBEM1 that you got 25 xp for killing a hero. That about matches up with a recent adept of mine killing rosier smile Just like Roland the Meek :D
