If you mean because it doesn't have any first-ring resources... yup. But if you mean because of the lost workable tile, I'd say you're wrong. Compare settling on copper and working a grass hill mine to settling on the grass hill and working the copper mine. The former gets +1f, +6h. The latter gets +0f, +7h, +1c. Honestly it's MUCH better to have the +2h right away on the city tile, the only trouble is it means he didn't claim any other resources.

With Mackoti's rush to war chariots I would say in retrospect that his second city location was excellent. But then he built two barracks instead of spears... oops.

I noticed that one as well NH, and for the love of all that is holy i have to clue why ...

Barracks is a less than brilliant build when pressured ... sure, if he was building an attack (or just throwing hammers into something till something better came along, such as while waiting on hunting(!!)) i could understand it, but when getting pressured by WarChariots, which is proven stronger in nearly all scenarios than Immortals? ... bad idea

Woah, those are some pretty high powered picks for a long term battle. With Catwalk's huge trait investment, I have to root for him in this one.
