I know it's a text only browser, but serious question, do people still actually use it?

Yes, people do still use it. I'm sure waterbat was just being snarky though.

Consider adding alt text to the image, something like "Click to View Full Size (Requires Javascript)," since you're concerned about noscript people. Alt text functions as a native tooltip on most browsers.

Done on both the alt text and icon.

I can't help you with Lynx. smile But yes, people use it. I like Lynx at work because nobody else knows its a browser window and it just looks like a pane in Visual Studio or something.

I do occasionally use it - its been a while since I used it how T-hawk described. All I need is access to a unix host @ work and I will be back on that.

Well actually the alt text is an alternative text to display when the image is unavailable, the tooltip should be specified in the "title" attribute.
