It is generally open to everybody - and not a formal RB-CFC thing in any sense. Magno put an ad on Spanish Poly already and we would like to probably advertise on couple other sites like WPC. Why do you asking? Hope it is not a problem? As I said, it is not a formal thing, just couple civ players looking for more players to join them for hopefully fun and educational game. Playing with new people is always interesting and exciting  Communities or websites not really involved, just several people.
EDIT: That reminded me that we have not put a formal ad on CFC yet  - thanks, Krill!

Oh no, no problem at all: I'm just curious as to whom knows about the game and wants to play, and what sort of settings each forum tends towards, and even how the player pairings are going to work out. Above all, it's curiosity.

Id be interested in dedlurking a team - I don't have enough time/inclination to be seen as taking a slot, but id be willing to help out for sure.

@Krill, Yuufo just wrote me that he would like to join and would post at UniversCiv.
I do not think we will be a statistically representative sample in anyway  Do not think about it as a mini-ISDG in any way. Settings are just what Caledorn and I come up with and discussed with couple other people at CFC.
I agree that watching how player pairings are working will be interesting

hi! I would liek to play, but Im quit lack of time for a full diplo by my own... Does the game will be without any mod ?

Thank you, Plako - you updated even before I managed to reply to your mail 
I will try to get the info soon, so far I do not have info on everybody. I am sure Caledorn, Arkipeller and Aivoturso are looking for experienced players to play with them.
