You probably already have found who made these, but I remember these offhand so there's no harm posting it. I'm almost certain Ceil rolled the PB7 map (damn him!!!), but that was a random map so it doesn't really matter who posted it. Same with PB5, the players know it is random so that's no spoiler.

Ceil and Mist worked on PB7. Seven worked on PB5, I think.

Yay I found the PBEM9 save. Found out Gmail saves the attachments that you send as well.
Haven't tested the file, but it should work.

PBEM 34, PBEM 42, and EitB PB1 are the ones I've missed.
Oh, and ffh2PBEM X, but that's a dropbox failure.
