Not a good position . Azza is really emulating the Civ5-AI quite nicely here.

The wounded CB dies to the scout and the spear to Matrix+CB+ (CA/Archer if necessary). The next turn sees the next CB dead, and the rest is mopup.

Why did he attack the city, too??? I really agree with you Rowain about Azza being like Civ5's AI...

Technically correct, although the trireme is going to be obsolete by the time it gets all the way around the pangaea to Jowy diametrically across on the north side.

No you are minus 1 settler which aren't cheap.

Petra was my focus, which I ended up losing due to barbarians and oledavy stopping my workers from improving The Strip's production values.

If Petra was your focus then don't try to ignite a war.

With Freeside and Petra-fueled Strip I would have enough resources to win any war against them, maybe even 1v2 if terrain favors me. Why oledavy decides to dogpile me when I've been nothing but friendly to him, I don't know.

I love how disruptive Azza's play has been to everyone. The Petra steal was huge, if we follow OleDavy's analysis.
