Just my two cents. Not trying to take sides in this argument, just trying to clarify in case the issue comes up again in future.

This is why the English -> Logic statement translation part of any sort of logic class is the hardest part.

I suppose it doesn't matter that much unless you're playing civ.

As there has apparently been a new conflict started in the world, we the members of the security council demand the usual amount of rules-lawyering and trash-talking that has become custom with these sorts of situations. Failure to do so will result in the disappointment of the remaining nations of the world, but sadly, no further repercussions.
