Eh, if he actually goes through with his Guilds-beeline plan, he might be better off settling the GG anyway.

Since WK is 1st in the turn order, I presume what Rego has to do to declare war is this:
1) Rego acts after WK the turn before he declares war.
2) The turn Rego declares war, he acts after WK, and will be on the same half of the turn timer as plako.

Luddite is spending a lot of EPs on Mackoti and, apparently, not even getting the info he wants. I'm not an expert on Espionage mechanics so I don't know why he isn't getting the visibility that he expected. However, I wonder if it is even the wisest use of EPs at this point. If he eliminates Mackoti, then all the EPs he's invested will dissapear.

Don't see the need for 1), but whatever.
I have to run.

Yeah, 1) seems unnecessary since if rego acted before WK the turn before, then WK would be the one getting a double move, which rego should have the right to allow.

Agreed. But that is not what the agreed rules say. Except where I have to fix holes, I don't plan to modify them.

I wonder how far Plako is in the lead now? That territory is good land, but as said he needs time to grow pop and work cottages to pull himself out of a hole.
I think regoarrarr is going about this the wrong way, however. If Plako finds out that regoarrarr is agitating against him then there isn't much to stop Plako from taking a good chunk of regoarrarrs' land and/or crippling regarroarr. Probably better to just shut up and settle more cities. and keep someone else as the bogey man than do something about it yourself.

Yeah, I'm surprised he's actually being serious about this. Maybe plako's "area of influence" message really offended him?
