What's the policy on (bad) events? I thought I recalled at some point someone saying that because you can't stop people from just killing Civ to not get the event, that it was the common rule that this was okay.

I am fine with taking a bad event (should I, totally hypothetically, get one) but don't want to be the only one.

It's unenforceable, but so are half of our other rules, like Don't Read Spoiler Threads. But I'm fine with saying you've got to play the hand you're dealt on events, even if they're the really nasty ones.

Yeah, that was my thought as well. So I made sure we took the bad event. That's still more events than I've seen in pb7...

Right - we did take the bad event. I agree with what Scooter and Cyneheard said but just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page.

I'm getting a long wait at "finishing" then I see my cities but a popup says "lost communication to PitBoss."

I tried before bed, and again in the morning... is anyone else having this problem?
