Let's go with this turn order:

If the save comes late from Mackoti we might be able to go Serdoa->Novice->Seven in the morning.

So then I guess we use this order and we are ready to start. Some other player want to confirm my interpretation, and then we can have a lurker give us a random starting picker (i.e. last in turn order player)?
