Here it is:
A random gems worker has to join the settler here.
The Galley can be half way back to get new units/worker on T83.
Also this is assuming our axe does not get killed or wounded, in which case the worker needs to be substituted by another unit.
Now we just need to fit the micro plan to supply a settler in Focal Point on T80, a galley in Horse feather on T81.

That's no better than:
Worker boards Galley1 in HF, Galley moves to middle of the lake, worker enjoys the view, next turn the Galley1 moves into Stone City and unloads the worker, which immediately starts working.

I guess this method only shines on larger bodies of water with more ships.

For the next person who logs in, can I get the status of EP spending on all our neighbors? By that I mean - current EP ratio with everyone as well as who we are currently spending on. Just looking for up-to-date numbers so that we can propose an EP deal or two.

I would take a more direct route with the axeman so that we have some turns' leeway if he needs to heal or whatever.

Oh and it is better to load the worker one turn later than the settler, because unloading the worker directly on land wastes a worker turn. Unloading it in the city does not. You only want to unload the worker directly from the galley if you're intent on improving a hill tile or chopping a forest. In our case I assume we want to pasture the horse before chopping a granary.
So on turn N you load the settler and keep the galley parked on the eastern shore. On turn N+1 you load the worker, then move the galley two tiles west and unload the settler on the stone. On turn N+2 the settler founds the city, the galley moves into the city and unloads the worker directly.

There are only 2 turns of margin in there, i.e. the most direct route save only 2 turns.
The whole route can be shifted one north after T72 for example for one turn gain. Compromise between healing time and scouting.

If it is critical we can do that, I was not paying much attention to where the worker would come from, just assuming it would be one of the gems-worker.

It's always better to not waste the worker turn. We can always put a turn into a road somewhere.

One more thing: I like the idea of getting a scout to get some idea of CFC's land. We can hopefully use it to get some idea of the realms beyond CFC afterwards.
