If they add a Norwegian civ I might buy the game.
Unique unit: (return of the) Alpine troops! Or mountain troops, the alps aren't quite in Norway I guess.
I remember from civ 2 that I always found the picture of them a bit silly - since I rarely built cities in icy wastes they would spend most of their time in grasslands, deserts, jungles and so. Yet they still waded (very quickly, mind) through a jungle or marsh on those skis. Perhaps it is just that I've never triedcrossing a marsh with skis - it is actually just as fast as on foot.
Leader would probably be Harald (the fair-haired).

Since they add tourism how about the Post-ship (Hurtig) as one UU and of course the Troll as warrior-replacement UU

Great brainstorming. 
Of course the Troll should upgrade to a Forum Troll in the modern age.
Maybe also throw in Vette units that upgrade to Corvettes?

Considering Denmark have the Norwegian Ski Infantry as one of their UUs, Norway's inclusion seems unlikely.

Would many sensibilities be offended upon if there was just a "Scandanavia" civ instead of Denmark or Norway?
