I was just going to check in after a long day and missing my turn in PB13, but Halvgud broke the game, I think. I'll post a map after some sleep.
I was going to step back from this game for a while as I didn't think my offensive against Halvgud was going to have much content worth reporting, but here's the situation:
Halvgud unexpectedly moved EVERYTHING to the east, abandoning his core shrine city - this turn I killed a lone axe to take the city (60% culture defense on a hill) and killed an adjacent mini stack (axe, two spears) - my total losses: two axemen???? Now his mega stack is sitting in the middle of nowhere, having abandoned his other frontline city to the flames. I've killed 3 workers and captured 2. He gets construction soon, but so do I, so I'm not sure where he's going with this. I PM'd Ceiliazul to check if Halvgud was just giving up because this doesn't seem to be fair to the other players, but it seems he has a plan. : Ceiliazul Wrote:That's sporting of you, and appreciated. of course, halvgod has a secret plan to wreck you, but ill work with him to make it even better. Nice run for your first game so far, sorry we'll have to ruin it for you. If so, I'm pretty sure it's not a winning plan, just a plan to cost me hammers. Remember, my only goal for this war was to stop Russia from teching. Now Russia is irrelevant and, whatever I do, she'll be eventually eaten by myself or Retep/BGN. Kind of silly, I think.
you took 5 workers? do you mean you deleted 3 and kept the other 2, or did those 3 defend themselves in combat?
Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.
I don't know Bigger, which is more likely?
