Well PBEM4 was flat, so the situation is a bit different, but yeah. Get in here Krill.

Fuck Darius. Fuck the Ottomans. Most boring pairing in the entire game.

Anyone that picks that combo should be banned from the forum.

Random comment: For amusement reasons lurker threads could be opened as polls so that lurkers could place their bets on who's going to win the game. Although at least here I'm not sure who would I vote. Maybe AT?

I feel like AT talks a lot without actually drawing any conclusions. A lot of "this is good, but that is good too" without actually saying whether A is better than B or not.

So do you think that's better or worse than coming to a conclusion (right or wrong)? You didn't say.

Very funny, Seven. wink I mean it's worse, yes. I thought my pervasive negative reputation would obviously imply that.

It did, I just couldn't resist. smile Personally I find it quite reasonable to not conclude anything if you feel you don't know enough, and I don't mind when people just list pros and cons. I dislike seeing wrong conclusions more.

I don't think you necessarily need to always draw a conclusion, but I rarely see AT draw any at all and the aimlessness hurts his play and leads to half-executed plans that are quickly substituted for others.

Not sure which thing you're referring to. IMO, explaining mechanics is good. Explaining that probably your opponent did not go masonry first because that would be utterly pointless might be overstepping. wink
