Down again. Caledorn is upgrading his router and is aware of the outage and is in the process of murdering whatever goat is causing the problem and has confided to me that he will be cooking said goat in his former toaster router which apparently is still able to toast while unable to route.

When I asked my boyfriend if he could reboot the router, he accidentally mistook the server for the router, so I'm going to have to reload all the games too. Sigh. PEBKAC if there ever was one...

All the games are back up, reloaded from the last autosaves. I'm sorry about this unneeded crap. Some people will have to replay their turns I am afraid.

Hey now, I'm not really surprised that such a toaster-router cannot route while it is busy toasting.

I got some excellent toast though, with a nice side dish of roasted goat stew. I recommend it highly!

Something has gone wrong somewhere on the server, but the games remain connectable for now, so I am somewhat desperately attempting to get in touch with players who can log in and generate saves before I reboot it.

Seven helped me generate autosaves, but sadly the autosaves became corrupted for some reason. All the games reported that I needed to restart the Pitboss without any mod enabled. :-(
So, here's the rundown of what autosaves I had to use - the players who are mentioned here, and the ones who logged in after those, need to replay.
PB18 - GermanJoey
PB20 - mackoti
PB21 - Gawdzak
As for PB22, I reloaded from one of the autosaves that was generated by novice's ingenious work with the mod - namely the save generated when mackoti logged out. This means that whatever mackoti did on his turn has been saved, and that only players who played AFTER him need to replay. I love this mod, novice!

To everyone: the server has again frozen up. Please do not bother connecting to play your turns, as it's pointless. I am in the process of attempting to connect to it, as it seems that something is using 100% CPU time. I will have to reload again, I am sorry to say, but I am doing my utmost to figure out what the issue is before I do that.

Okay, so the server froze up again - and again it happened shortly after the same thing that happened the two last times, so I am thinking that this is less a coincidence than a real probable cause now. The reason may be that someone is pressing Exit to Desktop inside Civ4BTS and not Exit to Main Menu - if anyone is indeed pressing Exit to Desktop, then please stop doing so immediately, as that causes all sorts of problems.
So, here's the list of people who have to replay in the respective games:
PB18: Reloaded from Nakor's autosave. Needs to replay: Nakor and Azza
PB20: Reloaded from Grimace's autosave. Needs to replay: Grimace, mackoti, Gawdzak, GermanJoey
PB21: Reloaded from Gagavai's autosave. Needs to replay: Gagavai, Azza
PB22: Reloaded from GermanJoey's logout autosave. Needs to replay: mackoti
