Regoarrarr consumes about 500gpt. With the remainder I've been cash-rushing buildings (factories, coal plants, and then cheap health buildings). Since it appears Broker and/or Dreylin is going for cultural victory though I may start sending cash to Shady or TT if they can get on board diplomatically.

Well breakeven is around 95% tech the last time I checked, and I actually would make more sustainable beakers than regoarrarr would. However with only 1 library in my empire, and zero universities or observatories the raw beaker number isn't ever going to look that good.
I do hate the fact that GNP includes culture and EP numbers though - mine always looks really bad because I'm not creative, don't get cheap libraries and theaters, and didn't spam courthouses like Broker.
HE city (no pic right now, sorry) has 2 food tiles, 2 grassland workshops (2/4/0) and 8 grassland hill RR mines (1/4/0). Total base hammers is 41 IIRC, and the city has HE, Forge, Factory, Coal Plant, and MilAcad. It can make most units in 1t...still not the most amazing production city in the game, but pretty darn good for a coastal IMHO.

Since I've got to distribute my army to avoid nuke attack I may as well roll play a bit:
1st Infantry Division: 2 infantry, 4 MG, 1 cav, 6 rifles, 2 cannon, 3 conqs, 1 elephant (Wynand Building)
2nd Infantry Division: 3 infantry, 3 MG, 5 rifles, 3 cannon, 2 conqs, 1 elephant (Novy Leningrad)
3rd Infantry Division: 3 infantry, 3 MG, 6 rifles, 2 cannon, 2 conqs, 1 elephant, 1 explorer (Shadow Gallery)
1st Armored Division: 10 tanks, 6 artillery (deployed to Popcorn of Lin)
22nd Armored Brigade: 7 tanks, 2 artillery (Banana Split) this will receive reinforcements and become an armored division
11th Mechanized Brigade: 1 tank, 2 anti-tank, 2 paratroopers (assembling in Tycho Under) this will receive reinforcements and become a mechanized division or mechanized corps
___
1st Fighter Wing: 3 fighters (Wynand Building)
1st Bomber Wing: 4 bombers (Banana Split)
2nd Bomber Wing: 4 bombers (deployed to Newtown of India)
33rd Bomber Squadron: 1 bomber (Tycho Under)
___
Central Naval Squadron: 1 battleship, 1 destroyer (deployed to Kerkouane of Carthage)

Apparently regoarrarr lost his capital the same turn he sent the following message:
Quote:However, and perhaps this is just hubris on my part, I think it highly unlikely that you will be able to raze my capital (or should I say capitalS?) in the next 4 turns, even with nukes, tons of modern armor, paratroopers, transports, or Commando units.
That has to go down as one of the all-time greatest examples of civ irony, but it sucks considering how many hours I put into trying to work with regoarrarr after I gave up on winning myself. The only thing I'll say is that I really wish regoarrarr had chosen his 1-tile island city for his capital.

I hope so. Honestly Swiss I followed that thread pretty closely until a few weeks ago, but the level of micro was way above my head. I should at least start re-lurking though, so thanks for the reminder.
