We had big storms in the DC area last night and the server PC probably went down. I'll restart tonight.

Why do we think we are having to pause so often and what can we do to ease that? It's really disrupting the rhythm of this game.

We're pausing when players are unavailable and can't find subs. Not sure how to solve this seeing as India had to burn two pauses even though (at least) two people on their team were active at the time 
We've also had quite a lot of downtime lately owing to internet outages (one pause from Krill) and game crashes.

Because you have 17 players. Solution: kill off the less reliable ones.

Ok, I'm back (sorry for the delay everyone). However, I tried to log into the game to play my turn, but could not connect ("connection timed out").

Game has been down (or at least refusing connections) since yesterday. It's paused with ~21hrs on the clock I believe. Sunrise should have it back up later tonite.
