Pottery at some point yeah. But I'm not surexwhen we can fit grans into build queues.

Need 2 settlers, at least one more worker, and a military unit or two first.

Need to sit down and crank some numbers around for turn 30 and onwards.

You have agg Rome attacking into bowmen and agg axes. You do not win on speed You win on amount. Granaries give you that, ignoring them gives other players a reprieve.

I'm still aiming for cats and prats for serious offense. But a few prats on the board will make borders a lot easier to establish and protect. IW also let's us clear the jungle from the Pigs adjacent to our preferred location for See-Scape.

I want the granaries for sure, but another worker or two and settler are eating up the available hammers right now. It's a matter of when not if for Pottery and grans.

I'll run a Sim or two and see what the tech rate and production look like for turns 30-40. But my gut instinct is that we have time to grab AH and IW before Pottery.

Bovine has enough food (or will once the Corn gets farmed) that it doesn't need a gran yet. See-Scape will want a gran but needs a work boat and chariot first. Hard Luck will need a gran asap but that won't be settled until t39 or 40 and it will need a Workboat. So I think we will be OK without pottery until after IW.

T20:

Yuris discovered BW at eot 19 and immediately revolted. He can whip out a settler in time to block our settlement, but he won't have a real military unit to defend it so as long as our first axe is in the area we should be good to go with settling as planned after razing his city.

Mig built a second warrior eot 19 and moved it t20. If he walks it straight for us we should be able to bushwhack it with our axe but it's going to be tight timewise getting the axe back to cover our settlement.

Eot 20 Demos:

(Commodore is size 4, the others are size 3) and note that Commodore did not open with Mining/Bronze (he'd have Bronze by now) and did not tech Ag before us. No-one had Myst or AH as of t19, forgot to check on t20. So I'm not sure what he's up to?

Commodore went Archery. We know someone did, we know Yuris went BW and Mig wouldn't so it's clear that Commodore went for Archery.

He went Bronze. Just took a turn longer than I was expecting.

Wheel is in, Hunting next.

22 is done, and we all have Bronze. Yuris and Commodore have both revolted to slavery.

Yuris 1 pop whipped something on his t22 (he got bronze t20). I'm assuming it was an axe.

Mig joined the BW club at the end of his T22.
