If we get oil from OT then I think that tech priorities can change after rr. I'm tempted to go for flight as Airports give trade routes but I think biology first makes more sense because it would be a three turn tech.

I have identified 10 city locations total, so we need a few more settlers. I think we can get them all settled in the next 4 turns. I've been lax, should have settled them ages ago.

I'll do a full report tomorrow along with a pic dump of all the cities and the new city locations. I htink one of them should probably not be used because it's right in dtays face. Rest are fine.

We will be able to upgrade 13 DD next turn if we need to react to BGN; I still want to finish RR this turn for hte additional production. I hope we don't need to upgrade frigates, I would like to get Biology in 3 turns with the remaining gold and then restart saving gold. I'm regretting not getting banks in a few cities but DD are more important now.

There is a bug with rebasing airships that lets us know that BGN has units in enemy cities; I think it's an application of hte old rebasing into the FoW trick, but this isn't really rebasing into the FoW.

Those names are great.

I don't see the UN or diplo victory banned. Unless you modded out diplo victories? The AP victory is modded out, isn't it?

IIRC AP victory is modded out, but diplo victory isn't. I do believe that diplo victory is a farce and shouldn't be in the game; I'd also have to say that I think most of the UN votes are stupid as well and the wonder should probably be changed to something like +1 trade route per city. I only suggest building it to scare BGN: I'd refuse to call a vote on every opportunity because I think it's such a pile of shit.
