I would have thought colony maintenance costs make the 3 city option a no-brainer.

I'm not sure, but I don't think vassals are on in this game?

Maybe I'm not being clear, or I'm misunderstanding something.
Multiple cities + separate continent to palace = higher maintainence costs.
Therefore wouldn't it be sensible to err on the side of 3 cities not 4?
They're going to need the FP to help deal with Jowy's cities in the future.

When vassel states are turned off there isn't the additional cost of colony expenses when founding cities on another island.

It'll be interesting to see his reaction when he finds out that the possibility he rejected was the correct one. And even more interesting when he sees the Maces - his ability to see India's research may result in him not considering the possibility of a Machinery bulb.

I think we need to stop all lurker communication, either in thread, PM, or off forum, with Speaker/Spullla. As we can see from Sulllas' last post, they are being spoiled by some of the lurkers. We are now entering a stage where their names are meaning they are being treated to everyone else, and that is not fair.

Spullla have stated that they want to play the game, so let them play the game; they can post all that they want, and the lurkers can read.
