There is VAT to be considered. But mostly they just charge the same "perceived" amount regardless of exchange rate.

And yeah, SG is Singapore. Languages are tied to country in a standard way even if there isn't really a difference.

Right now, Diablo 3 seems to be sold out everywhere around here.
Fun fact: Even some key-only sites like mmoga sell the normal Diablo 3 key for 69.99, that's 10 Euros more than buying the game digitally from Blizzard/German battle.net. lol
