GMT -3 currently. My window most week days is 23:00 GMT to 02:00 GMT.
Weekends are a bit more chaotic.

I think we need another player or two, but it looks like this can work. Ideally need a European on an evening window and an American that will finish a turn by 0600GMT (so, what, 2200 Pacific time?)

I can do this, especially if teamed up with someone for an occasional backup (or me serving as the occasional backup).

So, just to list the time slots:
Rowain 0600 GMT - 0900 GMT
Krill 0900 GMT - 1930 GMT (noob)
Bacchus/Archduke 1930 - 2300 GMT
Ichabod 2300 GMT - 0200 GMT
Fifth player ? - ?
So looks like there is a slot from 0200 GMT - 0600 GMT, which is 2100 EST - 0100 EST and 1800 PST - 2200 PST. Good time slot for someone on the west coast. Or we can go with 4.
