Seriously? I'm not a fan of the whole initials thing, my vote is no. But given the missive was sufficiently confusing in this case, I think we could fairly claim "no harm done".

Proposal: ban the city location detection method detailed in the intersite demogame. I'm not going to repeat the details here because it is still under discussion whether it should be disclosed in that game. I assume most if not all of us have access to that forum.
