Piccadilly mostly uses his army to systematically dismantle his land improvements, especially in border cities, but this picture, I believe, suggests that this is not the best use of his army. He has 45 Rifleman - and this is only what I can see. I suspect other players and some of the lurkers regard Piccadilly as some sort of rump state and are puzzled why it's taking me so long to deal with him. While in reality he probably has the second most powerful land army in the world, once you account for all promotion potential. With this kind of force he really could pursue some more active and intelligent policy. Firstly he has not that many fewer units than me: I have 57 Redcoats at that point and it is much more difficult for me to concentrate them, given the size of my empire. Of course, I also have cannons but only a few of them at the moment. So, he could try doing some offensive operations and I would have a lot of difficulty repelling them. Also - and better yet - he could make peace with me (I am willing to give him a long-lasting one) and go crush Superdeath. He would end up with more land than he started with. I am not sure whether I would want him to be more engaged or not from my player perspective but from a lurker's perspective it should certainly be disappointing.
Meanwhile, I am starting to siege down his island capital:
And this is Commodore's newly founded fortress, right in my face.
Tensions run really high between me and Commodore - this is why I would prefer to peace Piccadilly out.

Anyone else has a problem with seeing my pictures? Not sure what is happening here. The pictures are stored on onedrive, so in theory my personal location should not matter in any way.

I recently had issues when dropbox pictures stopped showing (including my own), but clearing dropbox cookies fixed it

ALso no trouble with your pictures in this forum (with firefox and win10 from Germany if that matters).
But a bit strange behavior if I want to "open in new tab". Then the picture will be downloaded to harddrive and the new tab is just white.
Regarding Piccadilly, I also wish he would try some kind of offensive, but to be fair, you and he did try to outmaneuver each other shortly before and it didn't seem to work. (I only know your perspective, though). He still has to enemies on opposing sides and his territory looks like the natural expasion-path for you. So... I wouldn't blame him for being passive these turns.

This city was size 12 on the previous turn, just saying. And yes, most of the tile improvements in the Indian mainland are gone by now. I think there will not be much reporting in this thread in the upcoming weeks - if it was up to me I would take a break from civ for a while. Together with PB75 I hit a bit of an overdose of toxic assholes.

As much as I want reporting in PB75, if you have it in your heart if you can instead report a bit this game it would be appreciated. You know with you leading and everything.

I've been in favor of banning this type of scummy behavior for years.
