[SPOILERS] By the Rivers of Babylon, FIN has no effect (on krovice)

I only had 1 worker improving the rice, but 2 workers up there is fine, double chopping the settler is fine as well, using that one for the other dtay from city seems best for me. I also like Hunting next. I think growing on warriors is something we need because frankly we need the units.

Turn 32.

I decided to play as safely as possible with our warriors. Our southern one ran into a lion chasing a deer.

dtay's graphs show him as having 8 mfg now (or 2 turns ago). I think we have to assume he's settled for another copper, both because it fits with his yields but also because his selected city almost has to have copper to be able to compete with the southern site that he didn't settle.
I have to run.

Safety first is good, but I feel like we are going to lose the southern warrior again...

The warrior survived with 55/100 HP. I'm healing it for now.

Anything interesting that we need to talk about?

I don't know how interesting it is, but our micro is still up in the air.

How's this for a plan: Use two workers to improve City 2, grow to size 3, double-chop a settler. Capital grows to size 4 while completing its warrior, and then 2-whips a worker. This is admittedly a bit unconventional but we want the warrior, followed by a whipped worker asap, and this seems like the fastest way to get both. Worker three then chops worker four, and then they both double chop a settler in the capital. Tech goes Hunting->Archery->Pottery. Both settlers and pottery complete eot50. This screenshot sums it up:

City 2 has a few hammers invested in a warrior and in a bowman.

What turn is it now? T33? I think 4 cities by T50 is solid, however we aren't going to be able to keep up expansion past that due to the nu ber of choips, nor do we have much of a commerce base: the clam at size 2 is good, trade routes are solid, but 1 worker per city? it's enough for those cities but again will not favour expansion must past that.

I think that works well though. We don't want a granary in city 2, capital kinda wants one in the sense that every granary wants one but it's not like it's a must have right now. My main concerns would be these: we need to scout NE. We don't know if the coast wends there, or if it's an isthmus to someone else and we need yet another front city in that direction. 4 cities...with one on the plains hill, another settled for the final front city against dtay, leaves 1 for copper or another to the west for a front city towards Whosit or CH. I kinda want to say that we need to ignore the copper and focus on getting AH for horses, but could we survive with just Bowmen? We would want to make sure that we did not get a trade route with anyone else so that they knew we did not have copper.

The turn just rolled to T35. Someone built Stonehenge.

I think the area to our NE is our backyard, the lion there keeps coming back so it seems to be trapped.

I think it is to, but I'd rather be certain than guess and then have someone pop up with a chariot.
