Why do we always need a pause? Guys, if you're in a turn split try to play earlier in the turn to give the other player a chance. This keeps on happening and there doesn't seem to be a need for it.

Guys, please solve your time issues and make the turns roll faster!
Would be nice to play faster, but I kinda understand that 12 hour window is hard to make work every single day.
I think it is possible to make turn per 36hours, not 48...

Yeah I would understand it too, but you guys aren't on a turn per day pace for that to be possible. I'm not a player so maybe it isn't my place to get involved without an actual arbitration situation, but there's been plenty of player grumbling about turn pace and I don't blame you guys who are grumbling. Consistently playing late in a turn split situation isn't considerate to the other players. If you guys need to swap turn orders to help the pace and can do it without someone getting disadvantaged by the double move, make it happen, your fellow players will thank you for it i'm sure.
