I like Gaspar settings with the Yuris modification. I don't know about difficulty, I think it should be balanced for all players.

I have two possible playing windows: 15:00 GMT to 16:30 GMT and 2200 GMT onwards.
I talked with Mist and it'd be best to use the first one, even though it's smaller. Because this way Mist can cover for me if needed (I'll be the primary turn player). From experience going after Yuri works pretty well for me, enabling me to dash off a turn before work/at lunch time. Call it, erm, 1330-1900 GMT? DST is messing up my count.
