Dammit.. Edit: You must have imagined that.

Yeah. So that scouting path is good, I think. Looks like our south and east is our backyard.
Also as a reminder, we're 10 tiles south of the equator and 20 tiles north of the south pole.
I have to run.

Yeah, and I hate easy mode in civ. I play civ to think, dammit, not become a mindless AI.

I looked at dot maps, TBH I like 7 of the fish, 1 of the crab and 2 of the sheep. Uses every tile, and puts culture onto the southern and eastern islands in a way to protect food resources. 1 of crab first because that gets the ivory in play for happiness, and then only really need 1 more happy res IMO to be able to easily put off Calendar until after Currency.

7 of the fish? Do you mean 6 of the fish?
I have to run.

Didn't you read the change log? Cities can be put on coastal tiles in the mod now!
Yes, I meant 6 of the fish.

Trying to decide how this city should be tooled for the future. I know I'm getting ahead of myself novice, but whilst Old Timers can work 15 cottages at size 20, I think that's potentially a bit of a waste of a potentially great hammer site (and FIN...)
I really wonder what the rest of this land looks like.

Photobucket is blocked at work... Why can't you use dropbox like a normal person?
I guess I'll log in and take a look.
I have to run.
