internet access has been patchy all evening, now seems to be evaporating entirely, lost access to email after playing pbem11, must play turn in morning, sorry guys

I will be gone from March 11th to April 1st with no access to civ. I think regoarrarr was supposed to be my dedicated lurker (he played turns for me earlier) but I'm sure that he is at least a bit spoiled right now. I'll poke around for a sub, but am not aware of anyone at this time.

I don't mind if regoarrarr plays if he is slightly spoiled, but that is just me.

I don't have any objections if you give rego general instructions what to do, which should allow him to be more objective.
