You could just say that you can gift the conquered cities to your teammate while they are still in revolt, or up to one turn after that. (So that you can disciple bomb and then gift the city over.)

I remember Speedball 2, was such a great game, shame they had to make such an awful remake.

The main wait is for a map maker, preferences based off 5 voters are:

Format - PBEM (all)
Always war? - Yes (3v1)
Leaders/Civs - Restricted, No Auric/Illian (All)
Allow duplicate civs/leaders (but not on the same team) - No (3v1)
Speed normal/quick - Quick (4v1)
Acheron - No (All)
Orthus - No (All)
Barbs - normal (All)
Compact Enforced - Yes (I,d) Either (Jk,RS), No (M)
Religions - No restrictions (All)
Map - Land map (I,d); lush map (All)
Difficulty - Immortal (All)
Leader Pick Order - Snake pick (All)

2 Things to check:
Is everybody is happy with a land map (would make a change, but neuter Lanun, I am leaning to no)
We need a decision on Compact Enforced (would be difficult to balance the effect (human or AI?, forced team or free agent?) so leaning no).

I like the land map, maybe something like what Krill has for PBEM20 / PB4 to not nerf the Lanun?

I'm okay with Compact Enforced off, otherwise AV is too good. AI takeover for Hyborem though.

Fair enough I am not against having land with a bunch of small lakes/puddles dotted around.

On other news I have asked Mist to give map making a go for us

EDIT: We have not voted for it, but I assume all features, graves, dungeons etc. Power 3 not in anybodies starting area, etc, etc
