At my last job people would say that and mean Pretty Important Goal.
Really glad i don't have to listen to that kind of jargon anymore.

I will always hate technical jargon. Every field has it and I'm pretty sure they only do it to make it seem a more difficult field for newbies to enter to earn them more than minimum wage.
Good news. mh didn't declare, he just wandered in to get as close a look as possible and then wandered off, I did the same. I've settled by second city for wheat, gems and a plains cow, have 2 workers improving it now, 4 turns from my third worker (growing to size 5, building a quechua), and met yuris this turn. He has a second city (as has mh). I think I'm going to get Pottery next (well duh), in 3 turns, then...dunno. Writing, Monarchy? Maths? Alpha?
Not seeing any plains cows to the west of your capital there. Unless you mean the grassland cow near the capital?
Civilization IV: 21 (Bismarck of Mali), 29 (Mao Zedong of Babylon), 38 (Isabella of China), 45 (Victoria of Sumeria), PB12 (Darius of Sumeria), 56 (Hammurabi of Sumeria), PB16 (Bismarck of Mali), 78 (Augustus of Byzantium), PB56 (Willem of China)
Hearthstone: ArenaDrafts Profile No longer playing Hearthstone. ![]() ![]() I got the city and I can build Henge eot t43 with 2 chops. ![]() Gonna regrow vertically for a while, after getting 2 more workers I think for some mines.
That is a helluva distant plant.
Completed: SG2-Wonders or Else!; SG3-Monarch Can't Hold Me; WW3-Surviving Wolf; PBEM3-Replacement for Timmy of Khmer; PBEM11-Screwed Up Huayna Capac of Zulu; PBEM19-GES, Roland & Friends (Mansa of Egypt); SG4-Immortality Scares Me
Eight tiles from the capital for a third city is pretty far. No good sites closer, or necessary strategic plant?

Strategic plant, but that's a decent city, a bitch to attack into, that controls a nexus, and the perfect place to plant Henge. Also fourth city is going on the stone. If the postiions were swapped, with third city on the stone, and fourth next to the river, would that change your opinion?
Krill Wrote:If the postiions were swapped, with third city on the stone, and fourth next to the river, would that change your opinion? Yeah, it would. It is just funny seeing so much open space between the two cities. That is something I often do against AI, but I don't see as much in these MP games. But that is one reason I follow your games. You do unorthodox stuff, and mostly always bring it off.
