Advantage: I have the highest power in the game.
Disadvantage: I need a navy to get them anywhere
Disadvantage: You need oil for a good navy.
Disadvantage: The only oil resource I can capture can't be held, it's basically 1/3 of the map away from my capital, and the oil resource is next to the Dazed city I'd capture, but in the direction of Dazeds' next city so I'd have to capture that one as well, and I can't reach it.
Disadvanatge mh: his oil is on a desert on a tile adjacent to the front city with yuris.
Disadvantage everyone else: the only other 2 oil resources are 4 tiles from yuris' capital.

Hey now, you've previously demonstrated that navies can be built without oil.

And I am building it. Only problem is the length of time I'd have to use a sail navy is so long that yuris can just come along and blow my navy out of the water with 2 destroyers. Oh, did I forget to mention that yuris declared war on TT last turn? And Yuris is probably about a dozen turns from tanks, and 5 turns at most from DD?

I got Physics in 1 turn due to overflow, I do have a single source of U235 that is boatable by mh. I am 4 turns from Electricity, 5 turns from Fission, and about 9 turns from Rocketry, so...18 turns, outside a GA, total.
On the plus side, I took my first city from TT this turn, second city should fall next turn. Pictures next turn most likely, hopefully with an update...
