I did the first part of the war without anything using oil...that's got to count for something, right?

Dazed declared war and captured 3 cities in the old TT lands. 1 of them was immediately recaptured, the most important one, but the other two were vaguely junky. But seriously, I just moved 3 tanks over from there, now I gotta build a third sodding navy and a third army.
OK, here is the turn report so far. I miscounted and Dazed took 4 cities, all of them former TT cities:
But I recaptured the most important city of The Supremes, using 2 bombers, a marine I had hanging about, 2 cav and a rifle: It's a strong city, and I wanted it back. If I lose this part of the world, it'll be really hard to attack Dazed later, and I don't want a naval war in a sea that narrow. I didn't have enough to take any other cities, but the bombers on the "mainland" could reach that city, and there weren't any fighters to stop me using collateral (YAY!) After I retook the city, I had a look around and what mh had done: Pergamon is the main city I'm interested in, so I decided to attack that city with both transports full of marines. I had 4 DD to remove culture defense, then attacked with 3 GM off a sub. I proceeded to attack and lose only 1 marine for a size 16 city. This immediately gave me gold so I get another happy res yay. I cleaned up a few tanks near an important nexus city, using 2 bombers and 2 tanks that couldn't quite reach the next important battle I gotta admit this is where I got lucky, just having units lying around that could destroy that stack provided I didn't lose any good goods battles: Just about cleaned it out. This is where I've left the save, because I don't know how to carry on here. I have the strongest army and navy, and a decent airforce once it gets into position, but I do not have a clue how to stop MH from invading me if I move a good proportion of my army and navy from next to his capital to go threaten Dazed. I think I can play defence against MH though, now that I have oil, but parts of the map that both Dazed and mh can attack, well, they are hard to defend. And the main battle ground against Dazed is basically another island, because all of my troops needs to cross the sea to get there, means I need to move some of my navy. Need to have a think about this.
How dare you let my cities pass into the hands of dazed!!!
