It will be pretty cramped, about 85 tiles per player, but it will be at least as balanced as the latest werewolf game.
I can create the starting point, and maybe Plako can help with the manual edits.
Isn't it possible to have a bit more land per player. 85 tiles is too little, I think.
What do the others think?

85 is definitely on the low side, yeah. Something higher would be preferable for me, like second ring cities for everyone?
Small was for a land-heavy lakes, so maybe standard?

A proper Vicky-grid that's still only ten cities. Standard ought to be fine. Hum. Tilted Axis massive continents often gives a good single chunky Pangaea, too.

You could try Low/Small or High/Standard maps. However you rarely get very balanced maps with Pangaea script and just trying to move the starting locations is probably not gonna take you far. Assuming we try to keep at least most parts of the generated map not heavily edited, there will be random imbalances left that are very hard to spot before you really play and invest to the game.

If you want easy to balance maps, they're by default boring and mainly copied/mirrored.
I just want to emphasize that intresting maps are nightmare to balance. Pangaea is ok, if you just accept this.
