1) I don't think he realizes how crucial that 60 gold is to us . It's far, FAR more important than In-N-Out.
2) Well I'm glad the capital bounced to White Castle immediately.
3) Ruh-roh, is that -1gpt at 0% science I see?
4) So you didn't actually tell us - did our two brave defenders take anything down with them?

Technically, we are not dead yet, even if this video is the most accurate representation of our circumstances.
We would probably recoup a lot of that 10g just by nature of the fact that we could afford to keep units inside WC's borders for a little longer. So I say it's honestly worth a shot. I'll do it here shortly. We need to do it before he realizes In-N-Out is empty basically.
I didn't leave the diplo screen so i don't know what damage we did. But if he takes for 10g that would let us save the settler for a decent city spot instead of that 1-tilelist foodless island
Alright, got the chance to login. First thing I did was make this offer:
I threw on the world map to maybe make up the difference. That should get him actual new intel, so it should be of real value to him. I don't care if it tells him too much or he pieces together where we're going, he won't be able to do anything about it. Actually, if he pieces together what we're doing, he should want to give us the peace.
FWIW, he should now that In-N-Out will come with a granary, barracks, lighthouse, and 0 turns of revolt if he takes this, so honestly he should logically take this even without the gold gift because it's worth saving all those hammers on buildings he'll want. So I've convinced myself that he's going to take this deal, which would be a nice bonus for us. Then we'd just have to figure out how to stave off strike. We might try begging gold off him, barring that maybe asking for a lump sum accompanied by a gpt trade back to him. Well, I'm getting ahead of myself. Anyways:
So he knows INO is empty, and presumably offered that deal anyways. That suggests that he has figured out by now that we're doing something in the north and intend to leave him alone. So again, he seriously might take the deal. He reduced defenses, suicided a cat, then killed the other units with no issue. Also, is this barb city the cause for our earlier lack of routes with Azza?
No, that resets regardless of how he gets the city. I BELIEVE it would return if we get the city back, because I think it's tied to a civilization rather than the city.
