Rebalancing Civ4: RtR Mod

Wow, you're right. Lots of people posting that they have modded in the three missing leader trait combos for themselves, but I can't find a single one publicly posted.

We did exactly this ourselves. Ruff_Hi set up a mod to try out the forbidden combos as an adventure. http://www.realmsbeyond.net/civ/c4tourney/adv41.html

Well, the original suggestion, KK to Chm/Cre, just makes sense because Agg/Cre is just about as anti-synergistic as you can get.

The KK change is a good one, the rest is making new content.

That said, I doubt I'll actually get round to doing anything else (like there is anything else that needs doing) so if someone else wants to use this mod as a basis for something new go ahead.

Hypothesis:Spiritual is generally considered the most powerful trait, with a significant margin.
Proposal: SPI loses half price temples (if necessary) gains half price monasteries (reasoning:not overpowering but retains synergy with the monk economy).
Thoughts?
