The way I've found to do that is to click on your tech bar at the top of the screen, which will deselect the current tech. Then right-click on an available tech to bring up the civilopedia. While that is up you can press F1 to bring up a list of your cities, then you can click into your cities to look around if needed. Or use some of the other F-keys to look at whatever you need (F4 for diplomacy and trades comes to mind). Also, you can click on the mini-map while the trade window is open and drag around down there to move the main display behind the trade window. As long as you don't hit escape you can still take action on the active trade offer. It definitely isn't ideal but it's the only workaround I know of for now....until version 2.0!

I'm not positive on this, but I believe that's the city they settled in the first couple turns of the war. If so, it's never been to sz2.
If we can keep it, definitely we should as pindicator said.

Forgot to answer this. I think no. I want him forgetting about us. The thing I think we need to realize is Commodore has a serious case of the "bigger fish to fry" thing going on. Serdoa just landed another wonder and looks pretty scary, slowcheetah is out there somewhere building a really, really impressive empire, same goes for Plako. The Lewwyn team is a notch below those guys, but if they ever gobble up Azza and get to use Dikes + their UU, they will be pretty scary too.
We are sooooo low down the priority list for him right now it's not even funny. Last thing I want is to give him a reason to bump us up.

Not too surprising. I'll take a look at the dotmap and think about all that later today. I'm mostly just enjoying the fact that our little island is now completely free of India .
Speaking of, we need to name the island! Any suggestions from the lurkers? I would like to refer to it by a name rather than "The Island" which will just make me feel like we're on LOST or something.
