That makes for 17 teams signed up. Only 1signup slot remains unless some of those already signed up decide to play as a team.
OK, I miscounted. Looks like there are 15 definite signups so far although some people might merge teams at this point. Waiting on Bigger and Lewwyn deciding if they want to play again, so I'll reserve a slot for them, but that means there are 2 slots remaining for sign ups at the present time.
By the way, I'm not sure about some sort of precise "Player with x% land and x% pop" threshold thing, but I do agree there is something about calling publicly for concession that kills it. I'd say just in general if someone is willing to concede, they should post it in their thread, and let the GM (Brick in this case?) bring it up when there starts to be a consensus.
