I've finished turn but haven't pressed enter. And the game isn't paused atm...
How do we know, that the builder of GLH would change his prod to make turn roll?

Whoever did it will need to log in, unpause, and change builds. If it wasn't you then leave the game paused.

Edit: five hours left on the clock, can someone log in to pause the game? Whoever it was may not realize they're not on a normal 24 hour timer if they don't check this forum.
