This feels like one of those times where we tend to give the benefit of the doubt because it is Lew being Lew. Or perhaps another vet would get away with this without much outcry. I wonder, though, if a newer/greener player made the same actions as Poked Bear has if s/he would be facing a fire of lurker scrutiny?
Am I off base here?

We already know those circumstances - earlier in my thread I mulled over the possibility of outright gifting my island city to Azza to save it from Plako, and was advised that it would be very poor form, which is why I ended up selling it to him in the end.

Lew is talking about to sell it for Azzas hidden city to make it harder for scooter to kill Lewwyn totally (making his Army vanish).

Pin, can you do that power ranking soon? im particularly interested in the tech ranking, i.e. can Plako salvage his economy that was so badly behind 50 turns ago? Mack is going to start industiralizing soon. if Plako cant catch up quick, i fear scooters mugging will end the game.
Also, every time i look at it, i think Commodore has a better chance. If Lewwyn and Mack march, Scooter will burn. If Commodore was only prepared, he could make huge gains!

I was hoping to get the pics from scooter but I don't want to press him. I'm not sure I should be logging into the game after I've quit; I don't want to give other teams the impression something improper is happening

No, because he is now behind in tech and Commodore makes more bpt at breakeven and max tech.
