I think 2MN means to say that if he logged out and let the turn roll on its own there couldn't be any perceived issues with any theoretical turn splits that may or may not be currently in effect.

With that said, 2MN you can go ahead and end turn next time the situation arises, no one thinks you're going to double move anyone just because you're the guy who presses enter and rolls the turn. The timer is your mistress, you must keep her satisfied and never waiting!
