[SPOILERS] By the Rivers of Babylon, FIN has no effect (on krovice)

Yeah, losing a worker to a panther at this stage of the game just seems negligent, even if it does help MM down the road a bit.

Ok so I like The 2x 1-whip plan. It gets the capital settler (after worker five) eot51, one turn later than the 2-whip plan, but we preserve one final forest to be used for a granary. And we can settle the copper city on the same turn due to roads speeding up the settler's movement.

Turn 36, and Whosit settled his second city after last turn's revolt.

In my sandbox I have five workers by t48 or so, the copper city settled t54 and the dtay front city settled t55. It's quite short on military though so we may have to adjust.

dtay currently has two warriors, I haven't done any C&D for our other neighbours. There are barbs to be dealt with too, of course.

I think that plan is best. If we have to delay for military that's just something we have to do. If we can delay it that long though, we can get the spears we need and maybe even get Archery after for bowmen and then reassess. Obviously just carry on scouting, figure out the inner ring then maybe recall the southern warrior to act as a defender rather than wander off and try to find others. I think the only other bit of scouting we absolutely have to do is the NE to see if that is a dead end. If we can kill the lion on defence then we can check seafood afterwards then retreat, heal and use the warrior as a defender.

Turn 38.

Dtay got a research boost from an event and settled his third city in the expected spot. We settled our second. Dtay has 6 pop points, he bypassed the lurker civ on F9.

Our southern warrior is scouting again.

Turn 39. Gronk's copper is not mined, and dtay has a worker with 3 turns left on its pig pasture, with a warrior guarding it. Next turn our warrior can safely move onto the rice and prevent jungle from spreading there.

Our capital grows to size 4 and completes its warrior at end of turn. Whip unhappiness also expires. Where should we send the warrior? The lion is still showing up every other turn in the northeast so I'm 98% sure it's a dead end.

Our southwestern warrior discovered a possible 3-food inland city.
